We are here to help – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we welcome returns for an online store credit.
- All returns must be received within 28 days from purchase date
- The returned items must be in unused condition. All seals, packaging and tags must be intact where applicable with no tears, marks or blemishes.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving them. Please allow this time to be issued your online store credit.
- We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
- Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend returning your order with tracking via Australia Post as we are not responsible for items that go missing prior to arriving to us.
- We cannot accept change of mind returns for feminine hygiene products, razors, facemarks, underwear or gift cards.

The online store credits are redeemable online at www.thebinchicken.net.au and must be used within the issued 12 month period.
