Help us recycle more in Campbelltown

The Bin Chicken recycling program is a free program that motivates our local community to recycle their drink containers. The program has collection points at day cares and sporting clubs in Campbelltown – we also collect from residents’ homes. The 10c container refund is invested into The Bin Chicken Community Pantry & Recycling Hub. The Hub is free for the community to access any time, it provides pantry staples and is a drop off point for hard to recycle items.

Our Mission is to divert waste from landfill to leave the environment a better place for our kids and generations to come

  • The 10c refund label is still attached
  • Contain no liquid

How It Works

  1. Register for residential collections through our website.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know.
  3. Begin collecting your 10c containers.
  4. Leave your bags at your front door, and we will collect once a month.
  5. Drink containers are recycled at Hoxton Industries at Ingleburn via the Return and Earn Scheme.
  6. The 10c refund is used to support the Community Pantry & Recycling Hub in St. Andrews
